What’s an easy way to set up swarming?

No easy way. Only sending "ap SSID PASSWORD" commands to each of the drones to connect them to one access point that'll be used to control the swarm. Then getting their IP addresses, sending to each of them commands in turn and distinguishing their answers by the source IP addresses.

Agree, Please use iOS 10.3 or higher on the iPad and download Playgrounds from the App Store, then search for and download “Tello SpaceTravel” tutorial in Playgrounds, and then learn how to achieve drone swarming by referencing to guides above.
