Hello,

When booting my M2 zoom I get an error I should recalibrate the Vision System.
I've been trying this with both an iMac and a PC where I get stuck when trying. First there's the resolution isue. Then the start button is greyed out. Any ideas?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that. May I ask if you are using the PC is it on the Windows OS? If yes, we would recommend before installing the software, please disable first the signed driver enforcement and also any antivirus/firewall. Just to make sure the drivers will install properly. No luck. On both Windows and Mac, white screen.
I already refreshed the firmware, reinstalled Assistent, ....

Mac OSX, Windows 7 and Windows 10: same result, white screen on all possible resolutions. It's starting to getting on my nerves.
What's next? The drone is only 2 months old. Return for repair? Waiting for an DJI Assistent 2 update?

What did you have to do to fix the problem?  (Might help others)

Maybe I should start with what didn't help after reading a lot about this.
Changing resolution in OSX and Windows, disable the digitally signed drivers in Windows, refresh firmware, downgrade, screensize

I used my old Linux laptop with broken screen, attached a very old 15 inch screen, fresh install Windows 7 32-bit. That's it.
No idea why this setup worked.

When the start button is grayed out, I believe it means the software does not like the detected resolution. I thought it just would not work, then I grabbed a random laptop at work and it always works fine on that machine (WIN10)

I had no connection to the camera’s  (2 screens on the bottom left).
