I am using DroneDeploy or PrecisionFlight flight planner app for land survey.
Connecting to the drone and lifting it 10 feet above the ground using the app is successful.
But it won't move to start the flight plan.
I have formatted the SD card.
I think it must be attributed to something in DJI GO App and Phantom 4 not to those apps because both apps give the same issue.

This happened since I updated the firmware of RC and the aircraft.
Should anyone have experienced this issue, please let me know how you resolved it.

Thanks!

You might try turning off Obstacle Avoidance.

You might try turning off Obstacle Avoidance.

Yes, I did it but it didn't work.
It was successful before with Obstacle Avoidance being turned on as well.
DroneDeploy successfully surveyed the land while avoiding obstacles which were tall trees near the area at that time.

Now it works!

I reset my tablet to the factory defaults (formatting it) and installed DJI Go 4 and DroneDeploy back again.
There might have been some issues related to settings or communication between apps.
