I need help regarding activating a new m200 v2
When I switch on cendence and crystalsky and the aircraft the dji go app recognizes the aircraft as a mavic pro and cant start it because it prompts me to use dji go4 if i start fji go 4 the same happens recognizes as a mavic and the app starts like i am using a mavic i can control the gimbal etc but there is no double video feed for instance
In dji pilot app it says unknown aircraft
What can i do?

Bonjour, j'ai un problème d'activation avec mon Drone DJI MATRICE 210 V2 nouvellement acquis, et je souhaiterais que vous m'aidiez a trouver une solution rapidement.
lors de l'initialisation du drone la procédure d'activation s'est mal passée du à un problème de connexion internet, et depuis impossible de reprendre la procédure. le drone refuse de décoller que se soit avec l'application DJI GO 4 ou l'application DJI PILOT installés dans la tablette CrystalSky venue avec le drone.
je rencontre le meme problème que djiuser_8oPZ1992pt64:

Lorsque j'allume Cendence, crystalsky et l'avion, l'appli dji go reconnaît l'avion comme un pro mavic et ne peut pas le démarrer car il m'incite à utiliser dji go4 si je démarre fji go 4 de la même manière. arrive reconnaît comme un mavic et l'application commence comme si j'utilisais un mavic je peux contrôler le cardan, etc., mais il n'y a pas de double flux vidéo par exemple.
Dans l'application pilote dji, il est dit avion inconnu.
Que puis-je faire?

I have 2 MATRICE 200 V2. One new one just returned from DJI for repairs. Cannot get either to connect to RC. Have tried using android and iPad but with no success. Funny both doing the same thing
Suggestions?
