Nope, No tracking in 4K@50/60 is normal unless they manage to add it in a future firmware update. I think it's a processor speed problem that they could not do both at the higher frame rates.
EDITED: Seems I'm wrong and it should work at 50 but not 60.
I have active tracking in 4K/50P but not in 4K/60P
I wish they add active tracking in 4K/60P as well but meantime I shoot my slowmotion tracking shot with 4K/50 fine.
(Face tracking also works)
