LOG INFO: The incident was the last move before 17:00 local time, I need to go after a landing gear in back yard and I found it at 17:08, after that I put new propellers I fly again to test the aircraft. So the incident was the last fly before 17:08.
CASE:
I crash my mavic air into my own building because it starts to flew right side by him self. The Mavic was about 10 meters hight in third floor about 2 meters from wall. I take off from my back yard near the build 2 meters from wall, it is a small building of three floors, no buildings in front. This was what happens. In this build some times I need to recalibrate the compass, probably because of magnetic interference, because of iron in build structure and floor in my big balcony, about 5 x 7 meters. But after calibrate he stays ok and let me takeoff. In this take off I didn't have GPS, it was in vision mode, wich was aquired after he stays about 15 seconds at 2,5 meters high. After that he let me to flew up until last floor and I stay there about 5 seconds, there was no strong wind in my knowledge. The aircraft was side by side with building so no possible way to use sensors to detect the building because was paralel, I think if was turned to the building probably this not happen. Meanwhile the mavic air it starts go left very fast and I try to go UP UP UP to avoid crash with building, was waht cross to my mind, probably turn stick to left, was better, but have no time. The air craft crash into building into my neighbour balcony. One landing gear got loose and all propelers damaged. After that I put new propellers and test it. This time after 17:08 and I did it in other part of the street away from buildings about 15 meters from them. I notest that with the wind the mavic go left or right a little bit depending on wind direction and
it was only 3 meters high, it seems the downward position sistem is not performing well, and near the building probably with wrong data from GPS could happen just that, the wind send mavic right and position system was not function properly and at about 10 meters high worst, I dont know.
