In the beginning you don't need to pass standardized tests and take an extra year of training. Good grades in the certificate can help you to do without any problems. In order to reduce the costs of tuition and accommodation it's better to choose universities, which are located in small towns, not the most popular States. Many institutions for the attraction of students give additional discounts, for example from 10 000 USD for the whole period of study.
