I am on latest controler version found in DJI Download page V01.04.01.00 dated 2018-04-13

When ever controller boots up and I swipe screeen down it says that there is a newer Version V4.2.16 and when I click it, it tries to download it but Stays at 0%

Any one else has the same issue please ?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. I would like to ask that the prompt message that you encounter is for the DJI GO 4 application update, right? Did you check if the remote controller is connected to the home internet access? Would it be possible if you could check the current version of the application? the DJI Pro PLUS controller DJI GO app was version 4.2.6 and the update when sliding down the home screen was 4.2.16 and when I clicked it,it never downloading (stuck on 0%) WIFI Connection was fine (connected)

This morning the update when sliding down the home screen was 4.3.14 and the change log when clicking on the update was -Bug Fixed, It downloaded and installed correctly and now the App version is 4.3.14 so problem is fixed
