Apologies if this has been asked and answered, but I have had no luck with any search.

I need to unlock an authorisation zone that I have authorisation to fly in.  

Everything I have read says that to do this using the app at the time of flight requires a 'verified account', but I can't for the life of me find how to get my account verified.

Can anyone offer suggestion?  How do I get a my account verified??

I've had to get it unlocked as a 'custom unlock' using the website, but that is a major hassle and isn't very conduicive to spontaneity.
