I´ve a P2V+with a iPhone 5s with the DJI app everything is working ok but when I takepicture or a video I go to the album via app DJI and I can´t sync the photosfrom the SD card to the phone, what should I do??

I also have that problem. I do not see anything in the manual that describes the process to save pictures/videos direct to the album. I have been able to copy pics/videos from the SD card to my PC and then from my PC to the gallery in my phone. But that seems like a work around.
Can anybody explain, step by step how to have live images record to Album ?

What's the iOS version of the iphone?Is the problem that the photo sync to the iphone without problem but it can't sync the video to the iphone?Do you get any error message where it failed?

The DJI viosion app has a SD card album and you can syn it to mobile device's album.

My iOS 8.1 and the DJI app phone is 1.0.43, the Phantom and all the components are updated, I try with a old iphone that I was using before (I haven´t upgraded the ios and the app) and it work perfect. So know I now for sure that is or the app or the ios version.
No error message when I hit the album it just keeps thinking.

It can take upwards of half an hour to transfer video and photos via the Phantom Wi-Fi to your phone, maybe you are not waiting long enough ?
Try just syncing 1 photo at a time and see if it works then.

Have you try grant the privacy privilege for the DJI Vision app?
