I jusst bought a Mavic 2 zoom and just going out to test it on the very first flight. Everything in camera looked great I come back upload and I get these wierd pink lines on the left side of my image. What do i do?! I literally just took it out of the box! its very aggravating.

That’s definitely not normal.

I tried to re format the SD card and that didn’t work. I took pictures without the SD and used internal and received the same images with pink stripes

How about the video does it have as well? I would suggest giving a try to refresh the firmware first using the Assistant 2. If still no luck I would suggest reaching out one of our support and open a case. Just go to this link https://www.dji.com/support

If you bought it from a local store, I’d recommend taking it back to swap it for a new one. Or you can open a query with DJI’s support team.  Sounds like a potential hardware issue to me.  https://DJI.com/support

BTW, I feel your pain, it’s no fun getting a new toy with a problem. I had a problem with my Mavic Air when I first got it.
