App is giving the following error, please advise
i have done all troubleshooting and still no luck

i added this yesterday when i wrote a more detailed question or inquiry here
guess it didnt show up.
I have done the following;
ran malware, antivirus scan, ran as adminstrator, uninstalled and tried to re install which now i cant. i did notice if i run in safe mode it runs just fine but i'm not going to run my computer in safe mode.

Looks like your security software doesn't like it.

We're deeply sorry for the Inconvenience. This been already escalated to our developer and they're working on it and Optimizing the software. As of the time being, you may use an older version of Windows 7/8 or Mac. Keep in touch. Thank you for your consideration.

If you use the Assistant on a Win10 machine you may start it as admin and in compatible mode for Win 7. You can set the Win 7 mode over properity.
