Hi, I have been try to syn my flight record on my iPhone and iPad many times and the same error every time?
Turned off my iPhone and Ipad, tried 1 month, 6 months and all. Tried with the drone connected and not connected. Still have the same error.
I need help. I would like to import all my flights into Drone Logbook and it is not finding any logs from my DJI login?

Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error that you got and the DJI GO 4 app version that you are running for further confirmation? As I tried to sync the record and all was well. At the same time, you may try to close the app and launch again, or try another network source. Please keep us updated if the error persists.
