Hi everyone. I'm newbie here and just bought a MA a month ago and it only last for 2 weeks and already sent for the warranty claim. This was the 3rd week and I haven't have any feedback yet.. So would like to ask is there any one did a warranty claim before? Isn't normal to take that long for the warranty claim?
