All that can, should do a special test flight, with their Sparks, today.

This will test something important.

Measure an accurate line 10 foot in length.

Now pilot your Spark, starting at the exact tip of the line and fly an exact circle over the tip of the other end of the line, returning to the starting point.

Do this 10 times.

Now look at your flight record and find out how far you flew.

Is it 314.159265358979 feet?

What did this test, Besides the accuracy of your flight data?

It tested your appreciation of Math.

Correct.
If you did it with a one foot circle it would be 3.141592658979 feet.
Now if you had 7 people standing in the circle, and you flew around them twenty two times.
You would achieve flying 22/7   ;-)

For those unaware, Pi is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to it's diameter.

Approx. 3.14

Therefore Pi x the Diameter equals the circumference.

Therefore if the circle is 1 foot across times Pi (3.14) than the circumference would be 3.14 feet.

A simple fraction that approximates Pi is 22/7

Why is today Pi day?

Because the date is March 14th

Which is 3/14

Till then: mod 2.0 helps out for a 100% circle

Sure you can.
Just place a stake in the ground or a pole in the center.
Tie a string from the pole to the spark,  with a  loop around the pole so the string can slide around the pole.
Make the length equal to 1/2 the diameter of the circle = 5 foot.
Pilot the Spark away from the pole - pulling on the string. Keep a little pressure away from the string and fly forward. Now you have a perfect circle.

Or just use the orbit function in the DJI Go4 mod 2.0 app
You can even point the cam at every angle during the flight
Just: 5 ft is not going. 5m , I think, is the minimum
