I will be travelling to Dubia in June see visit family and want to take my MA with me. I been doing lot of research on the internet on Drone laws in the country and as far as im aware you have to register your drone with the right authorties, but there seen to be other reqirements and all seem very confusing to me with even some website saying you have to pass a safety course.

Is anyone here from Dubai or been before and know what you have to do before you can take your drone with you and fly?

Last thing i want is to get my MA confiscated at the airport.

The UAE site is pretty clear in what' required to fly a drone in the UAE

If in doubt leave the drone at home, in a country like the UAE it's not worth the risk of breaking the law; I certainly wouldn't want to risk arrest in the UAE
