As I am trying to find parameters that will make the RoninS work smoother (especially: Orbits) (with my combo (A7iii,cage, Tamron24-75) I am beginning to realize that Motor Parameters like 'Strength' are equally important, especially when dealing with higher payloads.
Turns out, AutoTune will always reset 'Advanced Settings' [Strength, Filter and Control].
This is inconvenient and perhaps counter-productive.
Given the RoninS can handle higher payloads as from high-end professional video cameras or FullFrame mirrorless systems alike, it is to be expected that the professional user base has higher payloads and higher gimbal performance expectations.
It would be good if AutoTune would favour the higher-end payloads with better end results, or give the option to preset certain Advanced Parameters (especially: Strength) to be considered during the Autotune process.
Currently, the results one gets from using Autotune with lower payloads and higher payloads is significantly different from each other.
