I looked at decoder but that says Jan 2018 .
Is the an issue as he is saying and showing his purchase invoice for Jan 2019

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. May I know were you able to fly the drone before this happened? Did the drone experienced any hard impact or did it feel. Thank you for the additional information. With regards to this concern. May I know are you experiencing this GPS issue outside of a building or structure? Since the drone is inside a building, the drone is not receiving sufficient GPS signal from the satellite to safely launch, please try to go outside with strong GPS signal to isolate the issue. For the activation of the drone, kindly please PM me the serial number. Thank you.
