I have a strange issue.

I can balance the tilt axis and roll axis no problem. But when I get to the Pan axis I'm able to balance it with the thumb screw, but as soon as I engage the lock for the adjustment of that axis the gimbal drifts to the right. I am unable to compensate for the change in balance that the adjustment lock creates. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? I'm not talking about locking the movement of the axis, but the lock that prevents further adjustment - when I engage it, it is impossible to find balance. Camera always drifts right. If I leave it unlocked everyting is fine,

same problem here. As soon as I lock the Pan balancing arm, the entire gimbal tips to the right, so the pan motor is not in line with the „pan axis“ any more.
Has anybodyfound a solution to this problem?
