It's several months now that I can't synch my flight data to DJI. Everything is going OK, when I click to the cloud it begin to transfer data but when comes to the 100% the message appears "synch failed". I have no problems with my MavAir. This only happen with P4P+. I heard that there might be a problem with the DJI server. It used to work OK until few months ago.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that. Have you tried to log in your DJI Account on the App then try to sync it again? Make sure as well the device is connected to the working home wifi or try to use a different connection. Please keep us posted. Thanks!
