Hello. I recently bought a new Phantom 4 Pro+ V2 and I´ve been trying to update the firmware on the controller and the DJI GO App several times without success.
The firmware version on the display says 0.3.3.2 and the DJI GO App is 4.2.16.
I have downloaded the Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0 Remote Controller Firmware v01.00.03.00 and copied it on a SD card. The screen finds the update, restarts and starts installing it but when it finishes (without any errors) and I checked the software´s version and it is the same (V0.3.3.2)
Pretty much the same goes trying to update the DJI GO App. The notifications bars shows that there is version 4.3.14 to install, everithing goes normal and when the app restarts it is the same version (4.2.16)
I have searched for answers but there is no result for version 0.3.3.2 on a GL300K controller. Neither there are any clues regarding the app not updating.
Any ideas what´s going on?

Hi there, we're sorry for the inconvenience. V01.00.03.00 is the firmware version updated via App, while V0.3.3.2 is the system version updated via SD card. Both share the same content, and you have got the latest one, no worries.

For the App, you may check here: Settings>Check for Update. If the issue remains after updating successfully, please kindly provide us with a short operation video, we'll double check, thank you!

Здравствуйте! У меня такая же проблема. Контроллер Phantom 4 Pro + V2.0 v01.00.03.00 это ок! Но панель уведомлений показывает, что есть версия 4.3.14. Включаю обновление но после установки все равно версия 4.3.14.

DJI go v4.3.14 occupied a space of 150 Mb, but yesterday something change. Yesterday I could see that the update is no longer 150Mb. Now it occupies a space of 241Mb. I connect the RC Pro Plus in the Wifi and you will see the update notification with 241 Mb which means that DJI made a modification. I installed it in my two RC Pro Plus without any kind of problem. In the previous version with the 150 Mb I could never install it.

Update: I just got an update from our engineers that the issue has been fixed, please kindly update the APP again and see whether it works. If there is any further question, feel free to contact us, we'll be here for help.

Old thread but I am having a similar issue.  I have a GL300K. Release notes for v. 01.00.04.00 state that DJI Go 4 should be v. 4.3.36.  Mine is 4.3.14.  I have updated the firmware via SD card to v. 01.00.04.00 and still have v. 4.3.14 of DJI Go 4.  Any suggestions on how to get the newer version?
