My OSMO Mobile hasn't been used in a long time.

I am trying to use it again but it looks like it doesn't work anymore.

• I have fully charged the battery (solid green LED).
• I put my iPhone Xs and balanced the phone.
• I have turned on the OSMO Mobile, the LED on the right was blinking green and then turned steday green.
• First issue: the joystick and the Shutter or Record buttons do not do anything.
• Second issue: When the DJI app is opened, the bluetooth icon says that the iPhone and the OSMO Mobile are connected (same, the iPhone Bluetooth settings say that they are connected) but the left LED on the OSMO Mobile is not blue!
  

What could be the issue? Is the OSMO Mobile dead? Can I factory reset it somehow?
