There is an UPDATE  in Here We Go Maps.
Turn off (Use App Offline) and Update.
Don’t forget to turn (Use App Offline)  back on

Yes, that setting is enabled.

The map loads just fine when zoomed out really far. Once you zoom down to street level, the map is blank.

yes, tried several methods and it failed outside of cached region in DJI Go 4 and off internet.

Not the best map provider. I don’t know why they didn’t stay with what worked.
Google maps are the best
