Like the title says, the muppets at CASA have jumped on Australian drone pilots. Note that they specifically target DJI machines.

One of the questions is misleading, on how close can you fly to people, the answer for the quiz is 30 meters, but this is only acceptable on take off or landing, which is not specified in the question. In general flight 50 meters is the rule.

It depends on where you live and the local rules, just hope that you don't get this crap imposed on you just so a pizza delivery takes precedence over you freedom to fly. More kids delivery jobs lost just for profit !

I forecast a lot of pizzas landing on roofs and the first one to cause a vehicle accident shall ground all the innocent people who do the right thing That's us

Yep this is coming to the UK late summer 2019, compulsory drone registration, online test, which will be exactly the same as the Aussie one. Failure to comply will be fines and or imprisonment
