The controller of my mavic disconnect from my iphone 8. It say, "disconnected, no image"

the cable has been changed in manufactury.

I tryed with a Ipad mini 4 with the latest and the same IOS , and a Samsung under Android, I Have NO problems.

Any idea please?

Can you post a pic of how you are connecting. I use an iPhone 8 and the mini 4.

I use the port on the right side of the controller not the usb one under. :/

Some people have better luck with the larger bottom usb port..  So try using that one.  Good luck

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that, If you having the Disconnected in Gray status on the App. Meaning the Device not connecting to the Remote. You may give a try to use the bottom port from the remote. And make sure to use the normal USB cable that you are using with your mobile device. Please keep us posted. Thanks!
