Hi guys,
I am SO frustrated! After purchasing my new Mavic 2 Pro/Smart Controller from an Official Reseller, I have only been able to fly for about 10 minutes!
My Smart Controller kept giving me charging errors so I had to send it into DJI for Assessment/Repair.
I just got it back from DJI and now it charges, but I went into my Video Settings under "Color" and instead of having:
Dlog-M
HLG
Normal
I have:
Dlog-M
HLG
None
My firmware on my Smart Controller and Aircraft is absolutely up to date, and DJI Support Chat told me to download DJI Assitant 2 and try that.
Well wouldn't you know it - the DJI Assitant 2 won't work! I constant get: Network error 1 302.
I've downloaded and reinstalled many times, I'm on 5G Wireless connnection.
I am dead in the water and spent thousands only to never fly my mavic 2 Pro or use my Smart Controller.
Can anyone out there help? I would be VERY appreciative!
