While hovering around this chancer came along to check out the new Mavic 2 Zoom - I wasn't sure if it would attack and injure itself so landed PDQ!

Don't think I will get a the same thing happening again so thought it worth a share....!

Great shots! Good to know nobody was harmed ... I had a similiar encounter some days ago when I was preparing a timelapse - I saw a big shadow in camera view and when I looked to the drone directly a big bird was close to my drone - obviously the drone was right at the border of his area because I pulled the drone back and upwards 50 meters and the bird gave up. Unfortunately I was not able to make some pics ... surviving had a higher priority

Thats a nice photo you were able to get, I have had quite a few funny looks from birds of prey but they have not yet tried to eat my drone
