I believe I'm seeing a bug in this latest version Go4 App, and I'm really surprised nobody else has already caught this... probably because hardly anyone is shooting 60fps... but the bug is the fact that there isn't even an option to shoot 60fps in FULL FOV at 1080p, while there IS an option to shoot 120fps in FULL FOV at 1080p... not to mention that we should be able to shoot 60fps in 4K as well according to the X5S specs... I selected 1080p under h.264 and 1080 under SSD, and the only option was still 60fps at narrow FOV... no matter what settings I chose between SSD and h.264, this option never changed... nor was there any other option for 60fps at FULL FOV... I see this as a bug because there is absolutely no reason that you should be able to shoot 120fps at FULL FOV and not 60fps at FULL FOV. Anyone else who has the CDNG/ProRes license is free to test this as well on the bench... I tested this with CDNG and ProRes... no different...

You mean software, right? Go 4? Which version? iOS or Android? What device?

Yes, I should have said Go4 app... sorry... not sure if it's related to I2 firmware or not. iOS Go4 app version 4.3.12 running on iPad mini 4.

I can't say anything about SSD recording since I don't use this technology for now. However, it appears on my CS device that full FOV recording to SD card is limited to 29.970 fps with 4096x2160 frame maximum, while all speeds above that are employing narrow FOV. Interestingly, 59.940 fps narrow FOV allowed to choose 4096x2160 frame size for recording with H.264 codec ...

Never had a chance nor desire to shoot anything at fast speed, therefore can't really say if this is making any sense or not. Time to experiment with such, I guess. Will keep you posted ...

thanks for looking into it. I really feel there is a bug because there is no reason we should be able to shoot FUL FOV at 120fps and not also at 60fps...
