I purchased my 2nd Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Drone from a big box store in the Boise Idaho, USA on February 14, 2019. I have been using the first one purchased in 2018 with no hiccups. I turned on the new Big Box drone today and went to register it. I received the "Activation Error Code 1112" message. Please help me get past this problem. The serial No of this Drone is 11UCF5U0A30022 and its' model No. is WM331S.
The Big Box store assures me that they purchased it direct from the manufacture of DJI drones.
Please help me get past this issue and start working again.
