Pilot starts automatically when AC links to controler but stops at screen before HUD view (CS and shield) shows AC not conected at bottom of screen

Checked firmware updates with DJI assistant berfore connecting to pilot
Already down graded version of DJI pilot
controller linked to AC with control of gimbal, start and shutdown with toggles and tellemetry on controller
tried diffrent controller
same problem on CS and Shield (don't have Ipad)
M2ed controller binds and work fine with M2P
