Hello,   Can someone please explain why a TFR filed for 4/11/2019 and 4/12/2019 only is being shown for the last week and blocking flights for days it does not exist?

For example goto:
https://www.dji.com/flysafe/self-unlock

search for minneapolis in the map.
you will see a giant blue authorized zone and the label correctly shows (and agrees with the FAA database of TFR) that the zone is only applicable on 4/11 and 4/12 for "Twins vs Tigers" -- but that zone has been blocking flights in minneapolis parks near this area for more than a week even though the TFR is not in effect except for the dates listed above.   What is going on?
