Bro, you probably don't know your device so well... 24fps is right were it was, in the Pro Mode - Video options.
Check it out.
Z-axis stabilizer is in my kit. External power bank. Waterproof carrying bag for equipment or at the least a ziplock bag to protect Pocket from downpours. Spare micro SD cards. Phone clamp to Pocket. No need for a selfie stick if you have a monopod. Better reach with a monopod anyway. I use one to get above crowds or elevated views and seldom as a monopod. Sunshade for a phone when using it as a screen. My reading glasses
I use the GoPro stick. I am waiting for the extendable stick DJI is going to release. Depending on the cost, I’d like the underwater case, but with the Action camera also in my kit, I’m ok.
Extension rod is a great accessory as well (not as long as your typical selfi-stick, but gives you basic polecam functionality for 'mini-crane-shots'), but not in the list. And I also found a pistol grip, phone and OP holder combo on Amazon that is really really useful.
The kit with the wireless module, control wheel and micro sd card was on offer recently, that combined with the DJI Extension rod makes for a great and cost effective way to get the accessories you need (bar the filters).
