1-Location: Canada  Thes willl be valid from 1st June 2019

2-Time: Day time (night might be permited)

3-DJI drone: all drone weighing more than 250g but less than 25kg for least than 250g your are technically out of canadian aviation rule there are no restriction just fly safe

4-7- Two type of flying basic and advanced:
For Basic:
    You fly it in uncontrolled airspace
    You fly it more than 30 metres (100 feet) horizontally from bystanders
    You never fly it over bystanders

Otherwise you are in advanced


For basic you have to:
    Register your drone with Transport Canada before you fly it for the first time (5$ for each drone)
    Mark your drone with its registration number
    Pass the Small Basic Exam (10$ for exam valid 2 years 35 question you need 65%)
    Be able to show your Pilot Certificate – Basic Operations and proof of registration when you fly

For advanced you have to:
    Register your drone with Transport Canada before you fly it for the first time
    Mark your drone with its registration number
    Pass the Small Advanced Exam
    Pass a flight review with a flight reviewer
    Be able to show your Pilot Certificate – Advanced Operations and proof of registration when you fly your drone
    Fly within the operational limits of your drone



5-Travel with drone: Just comply with your flying company for battery allowance (genrally in reasonable amount in check-in luggage)

6-Custom: Should not be problem as it is not a commercial product

What you did not point out is that "only Canadian citizens can register a drone or take the pilot tests".  In a nutshell foreign drone pilots are not welcome in Canada.

Non-Canadians can get an SFOC if needed, but no blanket use as far as I know.

Some information on the study guides and documents that need to be read before challenging the test which is 34 questions , you need to make 65% to pass. certificate is renewable every two years after wards .
