I took my first 3 flights of the season and tried syncing my flight records and received a “sync failed “ message  I posted on Phantom Pilots and was told it’s been failing to sync for months now ,,, how bout it DJI can you look into this..... Thank you

Try connecting the drone to remote using the USB cables and sync it, sometimes that works.

If not just keep trying, I have had issues like that before and they seem to do the trick.

Sometimes you can log out, then log back in and that will help.

Good you got it working. If desperate you can also try clearing a few logs out then see how it goes.

It also seems to fix my mobile phone when it hiccups !
