So thanks to another poster on here, I can confirm that you can just plug a mouse into the smart controller and it works straight away!

It's really useful when doing edits and moving files etc!

Well, someone asked if you could copy files to an external drive.  So I popped in a thumbdrive and that worked.  Suddenly I remembered in my cleanout pile an older small mouse I used ages ago.  Grabbed it, plugged it in and - worked.  


I am trying to remember if someone mentioned a bt mouse worked???

Yes it's Android you can use mouse or keyboard.

Just paired with an old Samsung Bluetooth mouse - wireless.

I’ve got a few wireless mice I don’t use any more, might be worth trying!

Mine have the usb dongle,,is that the type you managed to get working?.

No, bt built into the mouse.  No dongle required in the usb port.  I think the first one I tried did require a matching dongle.

Anyone try it with a regular Crystalsky? Theoretically, it should work since the smart controller's just a Crystalsky integrated into the controller. I'd try it except I do not have  a wired or Bluetooth mouse.

Yes sorry forgot to say my wired mouse works fine with the CrystalSky monitor too.

Again just plug it in and it works first time.

Will test the wireless one later too.

I can confirm now that my Microsoft wireless mouse also works, but only when using the usb dongle.

The Samsung bluetooth mouse that I purchased quite a while ago for use with a Samsung Tablet works fine with the SC and does NOT need any bt dongle.  It just connects leaving the usb port available for other purposes.

The model is: ET - MP900D

I don't claim this is useful, but it appears you can connect your android phone to usb and HDMI and power so the mouse works, the dji app can be controlled to some extent on the HDMI monitor using the mouse.
I included some hasty photos, so you can see this is possible, at least with a  Samsung s9+

Sorry couldn’t see In your pics, is that form the smart controller or just a phone running android?
