Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. I've managed to check this situation and we've found that your previous drone was replaced using the manufacturer's warranty on your previous case here in DJI. Since the drone was replaced, the serial number of your drone will be changed as well. Kindly use the serial number of the drone that you've received for replacement if you would like to purchase the DJI Care Refresh Plus. The serial number of the drone can be found in the battery compartment of your unit. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Hope that this information will clarify your query for today.
