Hi all,

I am having new trouble with my M600. Recently I acquired 3 new packs of intelligent battery from a DJI authorized dealer. It occurs that after install the battery is not recognized and the screen set a message to update the firmware. We tried many times update the M600 through the DJI Assistant but the attached message is displayed in the end.
An additional observation is the batteries start turn-off the lights randomly even changing the packs.

Someone has instructions on how to proceed with the battery firmware update.
