My question might sound stupid to some people!

But how do you tranfert you videos and photos du your personnal computer?

The base port of the Osmo Pocket works OK but I find that my dedicated card reader is much faster and I don't get the same timeout problems I sometimes get transferring larger video files using the Osmo Pocket directly. The other problem with using the Pockets USB-C port is it charges the Pocket while transferring files, which I don't always want to do.
The question doesn't sound stupid to me.

One more thing to observe, when connect the OP with charging cable to computer to download the files, the camera connector has to remove or put in rest position. Then you will see a prompt at the OP ask you to accept.

Is there anyone having weird behavior using SD card used by OP?
Each time I use SD card from OP (with a card reader, using a microsd card slot, etc), my windows file explorer cannot recognize the SD Card. When I check on disk management, the device is there, but somehow windows just don't want to give that volume a label. It can be fixed temporarily by changing (giving) a letter to the volume mentioned, or by formatting the SD card using PC, but every time I record something on the OP, it doesn't work anymore.

For the record, I plug in a SSD and other microsd without any problem at all.
