Hi,

I picked up a new Ronin S two days ago.   It is perfectly balanced, on latest firmware, every step of the DJI setup has been completed sucessfully.

Camera Nikon D850 and 50mm lens.    Combined weight 1.2 KG.

When I move left, the gimbal pans to the right and when I move the the right, the gimbal pans to the left.

Not sure what to try.    I emailed support two days ago, but have not heard back from them as yet.

Hi Garry, please double check the settings to see if you select Reverse in Pan channel under Control Settings.And I see your email has been replied by the team, please let us know if the issue persists, thank you.
