Cache files can fill up and even become corrupt. There are 2 places where you can clear the cache, which can stop the Mavic disconnecting from the DJI Go 4 app. Video Cache – In the DJI Go 4 app, go into the General settings (3 dots in top right of the screen). Scroll down and tap on “Clear Video Cache”. Click ok. Storage Cache – On your Smartphone, go into the phone settings, click on Apps, look for the DJI Go 4 app and open it up. Click on “Storage”. Next, tap on the “Clear Cache”.
