I purchased a Mavic Pro used from eBay a couple days ago(I know some of ya'll wouldn't trust buying used but I've never had issues), the drone came in in beautiful shape like it hasn't even been used. I flew it seamlessly all over Friday and Saturday... It was awesome and not a single problem! Got up today and went right out the door to go take some pictures of a couple very small islands near me to only find out that the controller wont connect to the drone. So I started with the basics, binding.

I tried both manually binding(C1,C2 then record, camera) and binding through the GO app. Nothing happens and the light next to the link button on the drone doesnt even illuminate. So then I figured maybe it's a firmware thing. Downloaded DJI Assistant 2 V1.2.5 and was able to connect with the RC via micro usb and update the firmware. But now the AC doesn't show up on Assistant 2, it just shows the main screen with the usb going into the computer icon. So then I uninstalled Assistant 2 and reinstalled with my firewall and driver signature enforcement off for proper install. Still nothing... I just dont understand. I'm afraid to spend any more money by sending it in as I just purchased this drone and everything was totally fine for the past couple days.

Is there anyone who has had this problem and found a solution? Should I try to return to the seller even though it was opperating just fine when I recieved the drone?

Good Morning. I am buying a mavic pro combo, using a galaxy s8 plus and only use the drone on the beach totally deserted, but the control all the time disconnects. Unfortunately I'm not happy about that. I think it's very dangerous! I've done all the DJI Go 4 updates and it still happens. I want a solution, the device is very expensive and I did not use it much, less than 1 hour of flight. Regards Nivaldo

There's multiple things you should try. Have you tried re-linking the controller to the aircraft? Also if what you are talking about if transmission failure on the phone it could be due to the cord from the controller to the phone. I would suggest connecting the phone to the usb plug on the bottom of the controller rather than the micro usb on the left side of the controller, the micro usb can sometimes lose connectivity to the phone. Another solution could be the firmware, have you tried downloading the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 and updating firmware in both the controller and aircraft?
