My Ronin broke on set, and I'm sure it's fixable. Im wondering if it's possible to get a replacement part, or if I have to send it in to be worked on? If it does have to be sent in, is it possible to get an estimated cost to fix the ronin before I send it in. The pictures attactched should show what is broken on the gimbal. I sent an email to the dji support team over a week ago, and have had no response. I would like an anwser soon so that I can get back to filming with the Ronin. Thanks! |
