My remote can control the aircraft but shows as disconnected. When I try to set flying parameters or set the C switches noting happens. The remote and aircraft seem to link normally with a steady green light appearing on the controller. Grateful for any suggestions on what to try.

You need both the remote and AC on when changing settings.

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. Would it be possible if you could verify to us what mobile device are you using? I would like to ask if the "DISCONNECTED" message is highlighted on the gray or red bar? For switching the settings on the DJI GO app, the mobile device, RC, and the aircraft should be connected and turned on. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for continued support.
