Is it just me or have a lot of Mavic 2's been reported to have flipped over and fallen out of the sky for no apparent reason in the DJI Forums?

This may be a problem DJI and you need to fix it now and this isn't a new thing.
It most commonly happened with the Spark.

lol ya it's not that common if you realize how many birds have been sold.

Amazing how the OP in the first link does not have an M2P icon in his profile to show one ever being activated and when politely asked to send the flight records he got aggressive and left the forum after only using it for four days - take what you read with a pinch of salt sometimes. As Bob said, five POSSIBLE examples benchmarked against the hundreds of thousands of units sold is a decimal point of a percentage. Far more Phantoms have fallen from the sky but are also deemed reliable.
