I have Assistant 2 for Autopilot 2.0.3 on windows 10.

Everything is fine - only the simulator doesn'T start.

I have tried with windows 8 and 7 - in these cases I receive a BEX error.

In windows 10, I do :

Connect a3 --> assistant recognizes it ---> go to simulator --> open simulator --> start simulatin.

But the 3D window does not come, there is also no button on task bar.

Only in task manager i can see : "DJISimulatorUI.exe" - but no visible window or button on desktop

PLEASE HELP.

Tried zto email DJI - the service is so subpar that i am about to throw away my unit and never buy a DJI produkt again - as well as actively campaign in facebook against DJI.

PS: I also tried to run the programs in compatibility mode . in win 10 i slected compatibility mode win 8 for all the exe files in the installation folder including djisimulatorui.exe. no avail
