Got an errorcode on the smart control firmware update v01.00.0530

Errorcode: 0x001903

Tried updating several times through WIFI and on the pc through DJI assistant.

Any solution for this?

This is not the experienced we want you to have with DJI.  I would recommend you try a different internet connection or PC so that we can isolate the issue. If it is convenient for you, I would like to request a screenshot of the error message for further checking. Also, this concern has already been reported to our related team for us to identify the main problem. Appreciate your patience and support.

It keeps stuck at 0% for half an hour and more....

Got it working: I changed to another USB port on my pc + I used the DJI USB C cable.

I believe using the DJI calbe did the trick.

I did updste the thread on my other post.

We got ours working in the end.

The key is making sure you are using the very latest Version of DJI Assistant V2.0.8.

It works very well and updates seemingly more quickly too.

Hi,

1. Are you on Dji Assistant 2.0.8?
2. Did you use the original USB C cable?

Sorry for the trouble. Please uninstall  DJI Assistant 2 on your PC and download DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic v2.0.8. The firmware version contains important updates, and the Smart Controller can only be updated to this firmware version using DJI Assistant 2. Download the latest DJI Assistant 2, and follow the steps in the System Update section in the DJI Smart Controller User Manual. You can download the software using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads Kindly let me know if the issue persists, thanks!

Yes, you're right about this. The version of DJI Assistant 2 should be 2.0.8.
