Hi Shuswap, please make sure that your DJI Assistant 2 is the latest version v2.0.8, please download from https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads. If the issue persists, please kindly provide the screenshot of the error message for further checking.

While the new Assistant software works for the Smart Controller, for some reason it is not finding my Zoom.  There's no picture or screenshot to show the error since the Zoom just does not show up.  I just get the "cable" picture when Assistant opens.  No zoom.
