Version 4.3.17 on the DJI GO4 app has just been released today on the Apple store for iOS devices.

It simply states 'bug fix'.

Just retuned after managing to get one flight in before sunset to test everything and the M2P performed perfectly.

Did another 3 flights yesterday and still no problems at all.

can anybody tell me if Iphone 6 is still a "good to go" after the last os update and this latest DJI go version?
I hope it still has enough "horse power" to handle this app.

I believe all iOS mobiles from the 5S onwards remain compatible with GO4. That said, the more advanced the processor the more reliable it will be though. The app is presently optimised for the iPhone X models but the 6 will work. I use the Xs with the A12 and it's proved to be flawless.

Should be fine, here is DJIs list of supported devices:-

Requires iOS 10.0.0 or later (Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom requires iOS 10.0.2 or later).
Compatible with iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone SE, iPad Pro, iPad, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4.
Optimized for iPhone X.

I use the iPhone 6s plus & iPad pro 9.7 (2016) with iOS 12.2 and DJI Go 4 V4.3.17, although not flight tested yet, all working well with basic functional testing on P4 & Mavic Pro.

I suspect the optimised for iPhone X just means that it will now work with the newer iPhones.

I quit updating my GO and GO4 apps a long time ago.  The size of these apps have bloated tremendously in the later versions. Seems like DJI keeps stuffing more and more code for a never ending line of hardware in the app.  I use the red lined version.  GO 3.1.5 was the last version to support my P4 and Mavic Pro.The real shock is how small the Litchi app is, bottom right of the graph.

And DJI GS Pro comes in at 156 MB, comparable to Litchi in size ?

I don't use that app since selling my iPad

Question about me staying on version 4.3.12  

I don't plan to use two remotes, which is the only feature I see added with 4.3.16.  Do I need to upgrade to 4.3.17?  Is 4.3.17 a bug fix for dual remote users only?

I answer myself after having tested the lastest release on Iphone 6.
The software runs smooth as usual, but the infamous bug of yaw+camera tilt release=stutter, is till there.
Too bad.
