Im having a problem downloading OFFLINE MAPS on version 4.2.12 after they released the new version 4.3.16 on April 19, 2019.

Tried the latest version (4.3.16) but video feed is pixelated and lags like hell on my Android Tablet.

4.2.12 was the best for me. It never shows any single problem so I wanna go back on that version so please FIX the OFFLINE MAP Download problem.

Can that have the reason here?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. We're recommending our customers to use the updated version of the DJI GO 4 app to maximize the usage of the drone and the application. Regarding the concern, mapbox service was updated, and older versions of map service will no longer be supported. Also on an old build on my phone android huawei p10 lite, and spark is not uptodate. I have no issues with my setup sofar, no disconnects and flyaways, so idare not to change anything

My hope also was, that older apps, a year old about, will not be affected by the Map-box changes.
I certainly will have to check that out.
Also I think, online there can be a different outcome to the people who wanna download maps.

Edit: just trying to download  a map in 4.2.21: 16%, 19%, ....

I actually didn't change anything as well.

Old AC & RC Firmware, Old apps!

But when Ii try to download offline maps, it's not downloading it anymore after the release of the newly updated apps.

I use 4.2.21, because it is very stable and has all the advantage of "official" OTG support.

what's your AC firmware?

mine is still at .0900 for AC and .0400 for RC

I am on the latest (I think)
Which means .1000 and .600
That is the fw you need to get the advantage of full OTG support (on droids)
Since then I use the Go4 4.2.21 (or higher),  but just have to plug in the otg cable and the Go4  starts.
No "first plug in here, after wait 4steady led, plug in there" anymore
Since then there was never anything in the Go4, for me as JUST a Spark owner, that I had to upgrade the app.
But:
The 4.1.15 (mod 2.0) works, too.
As is LitchiOn Droid 7 (Huawei/Redmi) and 8 and 9 (OnePlus)

never had a problem using otg with my current firmware though that's why i didn't update mine.
