Russia Drone Flight: Russia, the worlds largest nation, borders European and Asian countries as well as the Pacific and Arctic oceans. Its landscape ranges from tundra and forests to subtropical beaches. Its famous for Moscows Bolshoi and St. Petersburgs Mariinsky ballet companies. St. Petersburg, founded by Russian leader Peter the Great, has the baroque Winter Palace, now housing part of the State Hermitage Museums art collection. Capital city Moscow is the site of the Kremlin, a walled citadel thats home to the president, and Red Square, backed by the colorful onion domes of St. Basils Cathedral. Volga River cruises pass through the Golden Ring, a group of well-preserved towns dating back to medieval times, including Suzdal. Scenic Trans-Siberian Railway journeys stop at Siberias Lake Baikal, the earths deepest lake. Black Sea resort towns like Sochi are popular for beachgoing. Yekaterinburg Drone Flight: Yekaterinburg is a city in Russia, east of the Ural Mountains. Its known for the golden-domed Church on the Blood, built in the early 21st century on the site of the 1918 Romanov executions. The Monument to the Founders stands by the banks of the Iset River. Exhibits at the nearby Sverdlovsk Regional Local Lore Museum include the Hall of the Romanovs, with personal items that belonged to the last royal family. The Museum of Stone-Cutting and Jewelry Art History, in a stately 19th-century building, has baroque and rococo pieces. Nearby, the Ekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts showcases Russian and Western European works. The Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center has a museum with interactive displays and memorabilia from the 1990s. Siberia Drone Flight: Siberia is a vast Russian province encompassing most of Northern Asia, with terrain spanning tundra, coniferous forest and mountain ranges including the Ural, Altai and Verkhoyansk. Lake Baikal, in its south, is the worlds deepest lake, circled by a network of hiking paths called the Great Baikal Trail. The Trans-Siberian Railway passes Baikal on its route between Moscow and the Sea of Japan. Lake Baikals largest island, Olkhon, is a center of shamanism marked by Shaman Rock, an outcropping held sacred by indigenous islanders. The city of Irkutsk, the western gateway to Baikal, offers classical Russian architecture and Russian Orthodox churches. The Altai Mountains are river-rafting and mountaineering destinations with diverse wildlife and ecosystems. The Siberian Traps, a region of stairlike hills formed by ancient volcanoes, include Putorana Nature Reserve, which protects lakes and animals like reindeer and snow sheep. Novosibirsk, Siberias largest city, houses wood-lace buildings and the State Art Museum. // Irkutsk is a city on the Angara River in eastern Siberia, Russia. You really do get off the beaten track mate

well I fulfilled one of my lifetime dreams last year: traveling with the Trans-Siberian Railway! All the way from Perm (Ural) down to Mongolia. Hell of a trip! Will work on my ground footage beginning next week, then - believe it or not - I have finished all (okay, let's say almost all ) work on my drone footage after all!
